Creating Customer Survey + Analyzing Results with PowerBI and Microsoft Forms

I designed a survey for restaurant customers to take after their meal in order to understand their experience. I achieved a 3.6% response rate with over 100 responses a month and designed an automated dashboard using PowerBI that would quickly summarize the results for management, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
